1. מבוא

אנחנו ב-AeroRoy מכבדים את פרטיותך ופועלים בשקיפות מלאה. מדיניות זו נועדה להסביר כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים, שומרים ומשתפים את המידע האישי שלך, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, תשל״א-1981, לתיקון 13 שנכנס לתוקף ב-14 באוגוסט 2025, ולחוקים בינלאומיים החלים על פעילותנו כגון תקנת GDPR באיחוד האירופי ו-CCPA/CPRA בקליפורניה.

2. מי אנחנו

AeroRoy, שורק 53 אלפי מנשה ישראל, הוא “בקר המידע” (Controller) הראשי של המידע האישי שלך. אנו משתמשים בספקי שירות (Processors) כגון מערכות תשלום, שילוח, אחסון, אנליטיקה ופלטפורמות פרסום – כולם מחויבים בהסכמים לשמירה על פרטיותך.

3. סוגי המידע שאנו אוספים

  • פרטים אישיים חיוניים: שם מלא, כתובת, טלפון, אימייל, פרטי תשלום – לצורך עיבוד הזמנות ומשלוחים.

  • מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, מערכת הפעלה, עוגיות חיוניות – להפעלת האתר ואבטחתו.

  • מידע לניתוח/שיווק (בהסכמה בלבד): עוגיות וכלי מעקב מצד שלישי (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) – מופעלים רק לאחר קבלת הסכמה מפורשת (Opt-In).

4. עוגיות (Cookies)

אנו מבדילים בין:

  1. עוגיות חיוניות – להפעלת האתר ועגלת הקניות (מופעלות אוטומטית).

    עוגיות שיווק/אנליטיקה – להפעלתן נדרשת הסכמה מפורשת מראש.

    תוכל לשנות את ההעדפות בכל עת באמצעות כלי ניהול העוגיות באתר.

ייתכן שהמידע יועבר למדינות אחרות (כגון ארה״ב או האיחוד האירופי) – רק למדינות עם רמת הגנה נאותה או בהסדרים משפטיים מחייבים.

8. אבטחת מידע

אנו מיישמים הצפנה, בקרת גישה, גיבויים ובדיקות אבטחה תקופתיות. במקרה של אירוע אבטחה מהותי, נדווח לרשות להגנת הפרטיות ולך כנדרש בחוק.

9. מנהל הגנת פרטיות (DPO)

אם אנו מחויבים לפי חוק, מונה DPO האחראי על עמידה בחוק, טיפול בפניות ושיתוף פעולה עם הרשויות. ניתן לפנות אליו בכתובת: Omer@eyes-on.co.il.

10. מאגרי מידע ורישום

אם המידע נשמר במאגר המחייב רישום, הוא רשום ומנוהל בהתאם להנחיות רשות הגנת הפרטיות.

11. שינויים במדיניות

שינויים מהותיים יתפרסמו לפחות 7 ימים לפני כניסתם לתוקף. תאריך העדכון מופיע בראש העמוד.

1. Introduction

At AeroRoy, we respect your privacy and operate with full transparency. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data, in compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13 effective August 14, 2025), as well as international regulations such as the EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

2. Who We Are

AeroRoy, 53 Sorek st' Alfe Menashe Israel, is the primary Data Controller of your personal information. We use third-party service providers (Processors) such as payment gateways, shipping companies, hosting, analytics, and advertising platforms – all bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

3. Types of Data We Collect

  • Essential Personal Information: Name, address, phone number, email, payment details – for processing orders and deliveries.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, essential cookies – for site functionality and security.

  • Analytics/Marketing Data (Consent-Based): Third-party tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) – activated only after explicit Opt-In consent.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We distinguish between:

  1. Essential Cookies – for site operation and cart functionality (enabled automatically).

  2. Marketing/Analytics Cookies – require explicit prior consent.
    You can change your preferences at any time via our cookie management tool.
    For California residents: We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under CCPA/CPRA.

5. Purpose of Data Use

  • Processing and fulfilling orders

  • Marketing and advertising (with consent)

6. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to other countries (e.g., U.S. or EU) – only to jurisdictions with adequate protection or under legally binding agreements.

8. Data Security

We implement encryption, access controls, backups, and regular security audits. In case of a significant data breach, we will notify the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, relevant U.S. authorities, and affected individuals as required by law.

9. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

10. Data Register and Record-Keeping

If your data is stored in a database subject to registration, it is registered with the Privacy Protection Authority and managed in compliance with its requirements.

11. Policy Changes

Material changes will be posted at least 7 days before taking effect. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest changes.
