What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as the products are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Some exceptions apply.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless they are defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless faulty)

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on the nature of the issue.
