Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns:

- Returned products must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging and tags still intact.

Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
Exchanges:
- If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the same process as returns. Once the returned item is received, we will ship the exchanged product, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund based on the issue.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us to initiate the return process.
- Package your return securely, ensuring all original items (including manuals, accessories, etc.) are included.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless faulty)
